No credit card. No commitment. Your data stays confidential.
This is not a templated PDF with your name slapped on it. We actually review your financial data and write up our insight and action steps.
A custom report covering your revenue trends, margin analysis, expense patterns, and the specific areas where your numbers tell a story you might be missing.
We walk through the findings together. You ask questions. We point out what we'd focus on if it were our business. Practical, specific, and zero fluff.
Not "consider optimizing your operational expenditures." More like "your COGS jumped 12% in Q3, here's what likely caused it and how to check."
We handle the heavy lifting. You just give us the data and show up to the call.
Name, email, phone, and your approximate revenue range. That's it for now.
We send you a secure link. Upload a 12-month Profit & Loss (with monthly columns) and your current Balance Sheet. If you have a Statement of Cash Flows, include that too. CSV preferred. We'll walk you through it.
Within a week, you'll receive your written assessment and a link to book your call.
You don't need a finance background. You just need to be running a business and curious about what your numbers are actually saying.
Businesses doing roughly $250K to $10M in annual revenue
Owners who have a P&L but aren't sure what it's really telling them
Businesses growing fast and wanting to make smarter decisions with their numbers
Owners who suspect they're leaving money on the table but can't pinpoint where
Fulcrum gives small businesses a complete finance team without the full-time cost. A bookkeeper keeping the books current, an analyst tracking cash flow and budget performance weekly, and a strategist writing recommendations you can act on. We work with businesses doing $250K to $10M in revenue.

We figured you'd ask.
We're in a research phase. We want to understand what growing businesses actually need from a finance team, and the best way to learn is to look at real numbers and talk to real owners. You get a useful assessment. We learn what matters to businesses like yours. That's the whole deal.
No. The strategy call is about your assessment, not about selling you on our services. If you ask about what we do, we're happy to explain. But the call is yours, and we won't turn it into a pitch.
Your data stays confidential. We use it only to prepare your assessment. We don't share it, sell it, or use it for anything else. After the assessment is delivered, we can delete your files if you'd prefer.
Yes. Most bookkeepers keep your books accurate, but they don't analyze what the numbers mean for your business. This assessment focuses on trends, patterns, and specific things you can act on. Think of it as a second set of eyes with a strategic lens.
That's okay. We work with the P&L as-is. If the data is rough, we'll note that in the assessment and focus on what we can see. Messy books are more common than you'd think, and it's still worth looking at.
A 12-month Profit & Loss (with monthly columns) and a current Balance Sheet. If you have a Statement of Cash Flows, include that too. Export from QuickBooks as CSV (PDF works if that's all you have). For the P&L, set the date range to the last 12 months, change "Display columns by" to Month, and export. That gives us everything in one file. We'll include step-by-step instructions on the upload page.
This assessment is designed for businesses doing $250K to $10M in annual revenue. If you're earlier stage, the analysis still works but some industry benchmarks won't apply the same way. We'll note any limitations in the report.
